Food of power: superfoods and why you need to eat them

"Using superfoods systematically and in all its diversity, you will notice how many functions of your body gradually return to normal, and diseases and problems go away.

What applies to superfoods (natural, naturally, not synthetic), if you do not know, you can easily find it in a search engine. Here I will list only a few that are especially valuable and available in the winter.

Black radish

Vegetable of longevity and strength, both male and female. A rich source of vitamins and minerals. Unlike other vegetables, it fully retains its beneficial properties until the end of spring. Beneficial effect on the digestive system as a whole. It removes mucus, toxins, stones and salt deposits from the body, expels stagnant bile. Heals the intestinal micro flora.

Before use, cut off the upper and lower parts, remove defective places and, without peeling, rinse with a brush under the tap. It is not necessary to make a salad of radish and try to eat it through strength. It is better to cut into thin slices and combine with other dishes, a little bite. Not compatible with legumes only.

Horseradish

Everything is the same as radish, only in greater concentration. You can’t eat much, but it’s also not worth it. Enough root with little finger per day. If it does not cause discomfort, you can and should eat regularly, systematically, every day, like radish.

Thoroughly rinse the whole root with a brush, cut into long slices and combine with thick dishes, bite. Grated horseradish - this is an amateur, it has less power. And as a whole - a very strong food supplement. Just don't overdo it. If crept, inhale with your nose and exhale with your mouth. Regular use of seeds and oil of black cumin, horseradish and radish is incompatible with the life of parasites.

Turnip

Forgotten food of our ancestors. Unlike potatoes, it contains not empty calories, but a full-fledged complex of substances necessary for the body in the first place. High content of calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamin C. Cancer Prevention Very useful for strengthening teeth and skeleton. Cleanses and heals the entire digestive tract (gastrointestinal tract).

Turnips, like radishes, do not need to be cleaned, only the stem part and defects, as well as the green peel, are removed. Cook in a double boiler. Sauerkraut. It cleanses the gastrointestinal tract, expels pathological microflora, and cultivates the symbiotic microflora - this is its main property. Eat separately at least half an hour before the main meal.

In general, one might think that this is not about superfoods, but about some everyday products that everyone is used to. In fact, visitors to supermarkets have just lost the habit of such food. And superfoods should be reckoned primarily not exotic overseas products, namely the food of our Aryan ancestors. They knew a lot about it.
